Well, it's enough to make note of...
I have been on a mission not to give in to my "inheritance" of genetic weight issues. I have changed my diet, not gone on a diet. I have made a life style change in the way I am eating. And I am taking kettlebells with a friend/trainer. This has empowered me to lose 13 pounds in 8 weeks. I think that is the most "healthy" progress I have made since the baby weight. I am excited that my clothes are fitting better, there are noticeable changes, and I am stronger! Just had to share it...

Baby steps! That's all it takes. I know you feel better and you can probably tell in the way you walk, and the way you present yourself to others. Keep it up, I am in your corner.
